1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you (the user, visitor, member, or purchaser) and LetzCre8 Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), the owner and operator of the Emotibears Club franchise site. By accessing our website, purchasing a product, or subscribing to a membership, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

LetzCre8 Ltd is a UK-based company and acts as the parent entity behind creative ventures, including the Emotibears Club franchise. These Terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and paying subscribers of the Emotibears platform.

2. Eligibility and Registration
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase memberships or digital products. Children may access content under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms.

Certain features require account creation. You agree to provide accurate details and to secure your account. You are responsible for all activity on your account.

3. Membership Types and Benefits
We currently offer two subscription tiers:

LetzCre8 Ltd may update membership contents without prior notice, although significant changes will be communicated where possible.

4. Delivery of Digital Content
All content is delivered digitally via the member dashboard or secure download. No physical items are included unless otherwise stated. New content notifications will be sent via email or dashboard alerts.

Content is for personal use only and must not be shared, sold, or redistributed outside the registered household.

5. Payments and Billing
All transactions are processed securely through Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. LetzCre8 Ltd does not store your card information.

Billing occurs depending on the plan chosen. By subscribing, you authorise recurring payments until cancellation. Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT unless otherwise noted.

6. Renewals, Cancellations and Refunds
Memberships auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the next billing cycle.

You can cancel via your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current term.

Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you may request a refund within 14 days of initial purchase if the content has not been accessed or downloaded. Please contact us via support@emotibearsclub.co.uk for refund enquires.

7. Account Security and Misuse
You must keep your login credentials confidential. LetzCre8 Ltd is not liable for unauthorised access. Sharing accounts outside your registered household or organisation is prohibited and may result in suspension or cancellation.

8. Intellectual Property
All content — including stories, graphics, animations, PDFs, and songs — is the property of LetzCre8 Ltd or its licensors. Membership does not confer ownership of content; it grants a limited, revocable licence to access the materials for personal or authorised educational use only.

9. User-Generated Content
You agree not to upload unlawful or harmful material. We may moderate, remove, or restrict such content. Repeated violations will lead to account suspension or cancellation.

10. Modifications to Services
We reserve the right to alter or suspend content and features. Where practical, users will be informed of major changes.

LetzCre8 Ltd may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use of the website or services after such changes implies your agreement to the revised Terms. The latest version will always be accessible on the website.

11. Accessibility
We aim to ensure that the site is accessible to all. Please contact us at support@emotibearsclub.co.uk if you experience any accessibility issues.

12. Limitation of Liability
LetzCre8 Ltd is not responsible for temporary interruptions, technical issues, or indirect damages, including data loss or membership content availability beyond our control.

13. Dispute Resolution
If you have a concern or complaint about our services, please contact us first by emailing us at support@emotibearsclub.co.uk. We will aim to resolve the issue quickly and fairly. If unresolved, you may escalate the matter to an appropriate UK ombudsman or the courts.

14. Data Protection and Privacy
We process your personal data in line with our Privacy Policy, which is compliant with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. By using our services, you consent to such processing and warrant that all data provided is accurate.

15. Governing Law
These Terms and all disputes arising under them shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales in all matters relating to these Terms.
